Natalya specializes in delivering comprehensive organization development and change management services. Her offerings reflect a spectrum of expertise, ranging from facilitation and strategic visioning to team performance enhancement and training needs assessment. Many of the services are tailored specifically to audit firms and accounting departments, demonstrating Natalya’s keen understanding of industry nuances.

Natalya cultivated her multifaceted skillset during her tenure at KPMG LLP and at Hospitality Investors Trust. At KPMG LLP, her impact extended across diverse sectors, where she served public and not-for-profit organizations. She assumed the role of National Instructor, playing a pivotal role in developing and co-instructing a project management course for one of the firm’s local offices.In her role as the Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting Policy at Hospitality Investors Trust, Natalya spearheaded the successful implementation of complex accounting standards. Natalya’s leadership and expertise were integral to the seamless integration of these complex standards, further solidifying her reputation as a versatile and accomplished professional.Driven by a passion for sharing her knowledge and expertise, Natalya actively engages in various leadership and educational roles. She served as chair of the VSCPA Accounting and Advisory Committee from 2020 to 2021, and she currently serves as a member of the VSCPA’s Board of Directors Scholarship Committee and the VSCPA’s Accounting and Advisory Committee. She was previously a member of the VSCPA’s Educational Foundation Board of Directors, underscoring her dedication to advancing educational initiatives within the accounting community.

Natalya also facilitates courses at eCornell, Cornell University’s executive education unit.

Education

Natalya received a Bachelor of Science in Financial Mathematics from Wilson College and is expected to earn her master’s degree in Organization Development and Change Management from Pennsylvania State University in 2024.
